Chocolate Lover's Fondue
in Desserts
Ingredients
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup light cream or half & half
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Assorted Fondue Dippers: pound cake pieces, marshmallows, cherries, grapes, mandarin orange segments, pineapple chunks, strawberries, fresh fruit slices
Directions
- Combine chocolate chips, light cream and sugar in heavy medium sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is hot.
- Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish; serve warm with Assorted Fondue Dippers.
Yield
About 2 cups fondue
