Officer Smith is a police officer for the City of Southlake and is currently assigned as the School Resource Officer at Carroll High School. His duties include the safety and protection of the student's and faculty. He handles criminal matters that arise at Carroll High School as well as schools at the middle, intermediate and elementary level.
